About us
Just like the Okapi on the farm…
We don’t exactly belong
in this world,
but we sure have a ton of fun being in it!

Caterina and Diego — we’re designers,
usually working on homes and architecture of all kinds.
"Okapi Nine" is our exception. But designing a game isn’t actually that different from our main work: a solid base, a final design, and above all, great attention to detail.
What we wanted was to create something light, fun, easy to learn, and accessible to everyone — a game that brings people together and creates joyful moments with friends and family.
Beyond that, we also wanted to share a small thought:
in nature, perfection doesn’t exist — and neither does perfect symmetry.
That’s what defines every living being.
We all have imperfections, character flaws, and quirks (in the best possible way!) that make us unique and truly "natural".
And in a world that’s moving more and more toward the artificial, isn’t it important to remember what truly makes us who we are?
WARNING

No artificial intelligence was harmed in the making of this game.
Everything you see is the result of the human brain (for better or worse!), and all illustrations were conceived and drawn by the skilled hands of FERDINANDO BATISTINI, a highly experienced and imaginative illustrator who worked with us to put every one of our crazy ideas down on paper.
